If some of the buttons on your control work and some do not, most likely you just need to replace the rubber pad buttons. It is a cheap fix and no programming is included. new condition replacement rubber buttons. You will simply have to open your old or broken remote, remote old rubber button pad and replace it with this new item.

Those are usually GM cars from 2000 to 2005. Aftermarket item.
