Instructions:1. Take key to a locksmith for cutting and programmingRemote Procedure XJ/XJR

1. Unlock the Boot withthe key
2. Turn the ignition on
3. Warning light on dash will come on
4. When the warning light goes out, lift the arm rest, insideis a valet button
5. Press the valet button 5 times within 5 seconds of the light going out and the horn and lights will flash to indicatethe car is in learn mode
6. Press any button on the new remote to code this into the vehicle
