The RR7096TR thermostatic remote control is produced by the same factory as the original Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze remotes, making it a reliable replacement. It is designed to replace the Hampton Bay CHQ7096T remote with the Forward/Reverse (FOR/REV) button.

This remote offers full control over your ceiling fans functions, including all fan speeds, light operation (with dimming), and special features such as FOR/REV, LIGHT DELAY, FAN AUTO, and LIGHT TIMER. It also supports temperature settings for added convenience.

Included: RR7096TR thermostatic remote control, wall mount bracket, and two mounting screws

Important Notes:

For proper dimming performance, ensure you are using Incandescent bulbs.

If your original remote is the CHQ8BT7096T model with a RED light button, this replacement will not operate the lights.

This remote is not fully compatible with Windward III Fans, as it will not control the up light. If you need a replacement remote specifically for the Windward III Fan, we recommend the RR7080T/UC7067FMRX Kit. While it does not support thermostatic functions, it will operate all other features of the fan.
